Delivery, Hire & Styling
Our delivery/collection charges start at $140 for Southern Gold Coast Suburbs. We deliver to the Gold Coast, Northern NSW as well as South Brisbane areas. Please contact us to find out about availability and delivery price.
SET UP & STYLING
We also offer our styling/set up services of our plants if you require styling at your venue. Please let us know if you require this service so we can quote this service to you.
Alternatively, if you have a stylist and do not require our styling services, please provide directions on where the plants are to be delivered at the venue as well as a contact on the day. We require someone to be on site at the time of delivery.
PLANT HIRE DURATION
Our plant hire packages are for 1 day hire. We will work with you to arrange a mutually convenient time for delivery and collection. We may be able to deliver the day prior to your event depending on other bookings.
Depending on the finishing time of your event, we may arrange collection the day after. We will do our best to work in with your requirements.

If you require our plant hire service for a longer hire duration, please email us at and we will supply you with a quote.
To secure your booking date we require a 25% deposit of your total invoice amount. Booking deposits are non-refundable. Once your booking deposit is paid, your requested hire package will be held for you and your event date.
-You agree not to damage our plants or pots.
- You agree to not cause harm to people, damage equipment or property with our plants or pots.
-You agree to indemnify The Planted Co Pty Ltd from all injury and/or damage that may be caused from the movement, picking up or placement of our plants or pots.
-For hanging plant bookings, you agree to not touch, move or modify the installation in any way.
If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your event, you are eligible for a refund of any amount paid over the amount of the booking deposit. We are happy to change the date of your event if we have the day available.
Bond is $200 and is required at the time of the final invoice payment. This bond is fully refundable upon receiving the plants back to us in acceptable condition. If any plants or planters are damaged and need replacement, you will be asked to pay the amount to replace the items. Missing items will also require replacing and you will be charged the full retail cost.
