Weddings & Events- Plant Hire

Here at the Planted Co we are passionate about bringing your special event to life with our collection of stunning tropical plants. We are a Gold Coast based Plant Hire business who can provide you with lush, beautiful plant hire for your event. We supply our hire plants for weddings, events + all occasions.

We have a range of plants available for hire, which include a variety of Palms and broad leaf plants as well as other tropical varieties. Our range of plants are sourced from local nurseries on the Gold Coast + we have hand selected the most healthy, beautiful plants for your special event. Currently our plant collection ranges from approx 0.70m to 1.7m in height.

Mix and match. Our collection of plants can be coupled with a range of planter styles & colours to style your occasion to your requirements. We offer White Planters, Black Planters, as well as Natural Basket style Planters.

As we don't have a designated showroom of our collection, please contact us with your ideas and requirements and we will work with you to create a hire package to suit your event. Please let us know if there are any particular plants or planters you would like to see and we would be more than happy to send you photos. We also have many photos on our social media pages.

Sweet Green Package- $270

A collection of 10 x free standing plants included in various sizes ranging from 0.70m - 1.7m tall

Green Bliss Package- $370

A collection of 15 x free standing plants included in various sizes ranging from 0.70m - 1.7m tall

Heavenly Green Package- $470

A collection of 20 x free standing plants included in various sizes ranging from 0.70m - 1.7m tall

Pure Lush Package- $570

A collection of 25 x free standing plants included in various sizes ranging from 0.70m - 1.7m tall

Wild Green Package- $670

A collection of 30 x free standing plants included in various sizes ranging from 0.70m - 1.7m tall

All our packages are designed to be displayed in clusters around your venue.

We can also customise packages to suit your requirements. 

DELIVERY-

Our delivery/collection charges start at $110 for Southern Gold Coast suburbs. 

We deliver to Gold Coast Suburbs, Northern NSW areas as well as South Brisbane areas. Please contact us to find out about availability and delivery price.

SET UP-

We also offer our styling/set up services of our plants if you require styling at your venue. Please let us know if you require this service so we can quote this service to you.

Alternatively, if you have a stylist and do not require our styling services, please provide directions on where the plants are to be delivered at the venue as well as a contact on the day. We require someone to be on site at the time of delivery.

PLANT HIRE DURATION-

Our plant hire packages are for 1 day hire. We will work with you to arrange a mutually convenient time for delivery and collection. We may be able to deliver the day prior to your event depending on other bookings. 

Depending on the finishing time of your event, we may arrange collection the day after. We will do our best to work in with your requirements.

DEPOSIT-

To secure your booking date we require a 25% deposit of your total invoice amount. Booking deposits are non-refundable. Once your booking deposit is paid, your requested hire package will be held for you and your event date.

CANCELLATION POLICY-

If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your event, you are eligible for a refund of any amount paid over the amount of the booking deposit. We are happy to change the date of your event if we have the day available.

BOND- 

Bond is $200 and is required at the time of the final invoice payment. This bond is fully refundable upon receiving the plants back to us in acceptable condition. If any plants or planters are damaged and need replacement, you will be asked to pay the amount to replace the items. Missing items will also require replacing and you will be charged the full retail cost.
